3/4 Cup Milk
1-1/4 Cup Self-Rising Flour
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Makes 6 Funnel Cakes
2 Cups
Biscuit Mix
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Milk or Water
1 Tablespoon Shortening
1 Can Fruit, Drained
Mix the biscuit mix, sugar, milk (water) and shortening. Add fruit and stir. Bake in covered Dutch Oven about 1 hour.

2 lbs.
Rotelle Macaroni
1 lb. Ground Beef
4 links Italian Sausage
8 oz. Ricotta Cheese
8 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 large jar Prego Marinara Sauce
1 small jar Prego Roasted Garlic Parmesan Sauce
Utensils:
Cook Kit
Dutch Oven or Frying Pan
Chef Kit
Cooks, wash hands before starting!
Fill large Cook Kit pot with water and set on fire (stove) to boil.
Cook pasta according to instructions on box.
While pasta is cooking:
- Heat Dutch Oven on fire.
- Take the sausage links and remove meat from casing.
- Brown the sausage meat in Dutch Oven or Frying Pan.
- When sausage meat is almost well done, add the ground beef and let all the
meat cook together. Stir occasionally.
CHECK PASTA
When meat is well cooked, drain off the meat fat (like you would for Sloppy Joes)
Heat tomato sauce in medium size pot.
Add most of the sauce to the meat mixture. Use the rest to top each serving.
When pasta is cooked, drain all the water.
Add the meat and sauce to the pasta in the large pot. Mix well.
Add the ricotta cheese. Mix well.
Add shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
Serve hot. Enjoy!
Variations: Use your own favorite sauce. Chopped onions may be browned with meat.
